Judith & Joe is hiring an Administrative Shop Associate. This is a joint Admin Assistant and Shop Associate position, so you get the best of both worlds. Hours average 32 per week. We are seeking a highly organized and flexible people-person with a keen eye for style and a passion for sustainability and small business.

Your combined role includes the following tasks:


Provide high level customer service

Visual merchandising



Community building

Average 4 in-store shifts per week (plus fill-ins)


Instagram (especially stories)

Some e-commerce

Inventory management

Shipment processing

Supply fulfillment and bank runs

Customer communication

Workshop and event management

Photo shoot coordination, light styling

Various errands, data entry and miscellaneous tasks

Some assistance with buying


Are over 21, have at minimum 2 years of customer service, retail or cashiering experience, as well as applicable admin or office/marketing experience and currently live in the Denver metro area. College experience preferred but not required. We would love if you also possess the following:

Have amazing customer service skills

A genuine desire to make people feel seen/welcome

Are a self-starter with the ability to work solo

Advanced written and verbal communication skills

Are a true “Doer” and think no task is too big or small

We require daytime and evening flexibility and the ability to work Saturdays. This position is about 25% remote, 75% onsite. You must have reliable transportation.
